Medical Background

Megan was raised in West Bend, WI and is happy to have returned to her home state after more than 10 years away. She graduated from UW-Madison’s Western Campus Program with her bachelor’s in nursing and served for 11 years as a nurse, with experiences including in the US Army as a medical-surgical and critical care nurse followed by specialization in the Emergency Room. She then graduated from the University of Kansas with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. Prior to joining our team, her experience as a Nurse Practitioner included roles as Urgent Care and an inpatient Hospitalist provider.

Megan specializes in the non-surgical treatment options in Urology. She offers her patients all the advanced therapy options for overactive bladder and urge incontinence. She also specializes in the management of chronic issues such as recurrent UTI, BPH and kidney stones. She greatly enjoys the integrated practice approach which allows her to partner with the physicians for surgical, complex, and post-op patients.

Doctor Statement

I believe in providing individualized, patient-centered and evidence-based urologic care to all of my patients. Our specialty area is unique in that we are often encountering patients in times of discomfort and vulnerability, and it is important to me to be compassionate and offer a way to navigate towards the best possible outcome for each patient.

Hobbies

Megan enjoys gardening, cycling, being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family.
